No — there are no contracts and no commitments. Cancel your order anytime before your next weeks payment is due.

If you miss the cut-off, your previous week’s meal selection will be repeated automatically so you still receive your delivery. This prevents customers going without food due to a missed deadline.

Our plans are all rolling weekly subscriptions.

Yes — subscribers will still receive reminder emails. These help you update your meals on time, but even if you forget, your subscription ensures you won’t miss out for the week.

You will also receive an email 3 days before your payment is due to be taken (please check your junk mail)

Home deliveries: Sunday & Wednesday (9 AM – 7 PM).

Business addresses: Monday. (10 AM – 2 PM).

You’ll receive a text and email with an ETA when the vans are loaded.

We deliver fresh meals, so we recommend being home. If not, please leave a cooler bag outside and our driver will place your meals inside.

You can also click the tracking link sent and instruct our driver to deliver to a neighbour.
