All our plans are on a rolling weekly subscription which you aren't tied to any long-term plans.

You can choose the number of meals that suits you best. The more meals you select for the week, the lower the cost per meal, so why not stock up for the whole week?

Please Note:

You can modify your meal plan anytime before 8.30pm on the Friday before your order is due.
No changes can be made beyond this cut-off point.
Cancellations must be made before you next weekly payment is due. If you cancel once the payment has been automatically taken from your account, you'll still receive that week's meals as they've already been paid for. (You can check your payment by logging into you account)

We deliver across Merseyside, including Wirral, Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn and St Helens, covering all postcodes from L1 through to L40, including extended areas such as L67 to L80, CH2 to CH66 and WA2 through to WA12. contact us for other areas.

All our meals are delivered in 2 batches, on a Sunday (Monday for businesses) and Wednesday. Add your meals to batch 1 or batch 2 at the next step.

Myself and my partner singed up to Enzo Nutrition about 4 weeks ago and truthfully I wasn't really looking forward to eating the meals as I've used other meal prep companies in the past and found the meals either lacked flavour, gave child sized portions or simply they didn't taste very nice.

Thus far we have not had a bad meal and in-fact the quality has been really good. Had the lasagne last night and it tasted great and actually filled me up. As the meals are delivered 2 X per week, it means the food is fresh and you don't have to freeze it

I would and have recommend Enzo nutrition to a few people at work as I've been really impressed. I don;t give out 5 star reviews lightly, but I felt this is fair based on my experience this far.

It’s so easy to scan the barcode on to my fitness pal, microwave the meals and enjoy them in less than 10 minutes. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are great. Excellent meal prep whether you are on a calorie plan, have limited time or cant cook! 4 weeks in now and loving the range of recipes and choices I can have per day - all below my target of 1800 calories per day. Who knew healthy eating was this tasty? All meals are labelled and breakdown macros, many already on my fitness pal making it easy to log. Top 3 meals - braised rosemary/garlic lamb; pan fried steak; jerk chicken. Well worth investing in your diet with zero waste. Great work Enzo and team.

The food is absolutely gorgeous … I really look forward to mealtimes. The portions are also a good size, but calorie controlled. I’ve lost a lot of weight on these meals, and I NEVER feel hungry.
